Eng. Mostafa Ghaly is a system designer with knowledge and education in technology development, economic modeling, analysis, and strategy planning. He has a significant exposure to a wide range of fields; Geospatial data modeling and population data analysis, power systems, agriculture & irrigation, construction, manufacturing, ERP systems, and university teaching. He holds an MSc in Management of Technology from Nile University (A university of Minnesota Program), a diploma in Systems Engineering from Oakland University, MI, USA, and BSc in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Electronics from the American University in Cairo. Mostafa is currently working as a deputy to H.E. the Egyptian Minister of Planning. His current role include building National IT systems, knowledge bases, and integration solutions to empower national planning activities and optimize national resources.
